R. Sam Price is an experienced and highly educated attorney passionate about helping others. He simplifies complex legal jargon and court procedures for his clients. He made such an impression on an author client that she based a character of a probate attorney on him, in her real-life novel entitled, “Battle of the Wills.”
Certified as a Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law by the California Board of Legal Specialization, Sam manages Price Law Firm, APC, focusing on probate, estate planning, and trust administration.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys spending time with his wife, Tiffany, their son, and their beagle, Poppy.
Rosa Marquez
Attorney
In 2018, IELLA awarded her the Volunteer Attorney of the Year award in recognition of her pro bono assistance to the community. In 2019 the California Lawyers Association awarded her the Wiley W. Manuel Certificate for her pro bono legal services to the poor or disadvantaged, improving the law and the legal system and increasing access to justice.
Rosa graduated from California Southern Law School where she obtained her Juris Doctor degree. She is a member of the California State Bar and Riverside County Bar Association.
Rosa lives in Riverside county with her dog, tortoise, 2 birds and chameleon. She loves animals and hopes to one day open a no kill animal rescue.

Brandie is our Client Care Specialist at Price Law Firm, coordinating and implementing daily marketing strategies. Drawn by our values and goals, she brings joy and compassion to every client interaction. With over 10 years in marketing and customer relations, Brandie excels in providing superior service, treating every client like family. She developed an interest in Estate Planning and Trust Administration after personal experiences with her grandparents’ estates. A graduate of San Bernardino Valley College, Brandie is completing her BA in Theology.
Outside work, she enjoys family time, cheer competitions, and watching the Dodgers and Cowboys. Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Mia Garduno
Legal Administrative Assistant
Mia is a Legal Administrative Assistant at Price Law Firm who comes to us with over 10 years of experience in the financial industry working for a national bank. You can find Mia at the front desk greeting clients with a warm and friendly smile.
Mia’s desire to help others with estate planning and probate came after the tragic and unexpected passing of her younger brother, Michael. It’s impossible to express the emotions of experiencing the loss of a loved one. Mia wants to help ease the pain of families at a difficult time.
Mia lives in Yucaipa and is married to Vincent. Their blended family makes them a party of eight! Mia’s free time is spent as a travel baseball and soccer mom. Mia cheers on her children with a coffee in hand.
Elila Ortega
Customer Service
Elila is from the City of Colton, she is fluent in both English and Spanish. She has been providing excellent customer service for over 15 years and will greet you at our front desk with a friendly smile and welcoming attitude.
She has always had an interest in Law and is currently attending Riverside Community College gaining more knowledge in the field.
In her free time she likes to go to the movies, Starbucks runs, a little retail therapy, or simply hanging out with friends and family. She shares a home with her son Mason and fur baby Pixie.

Carolina Arias
Paralegal
Carolina is a bilingual San Diego native who has pursued her legal career through diverse departments in the legal community. She has been providing excellent customer service for 9 years and she will greet you at our front desk with a friendly smile.
Carolina encountered estate planning and probate after the unexpected passing of her grandparents. They fortunately had an estate plan, and her family was able to grieve peacefully as their estate was all taken care of. Soon after she realized the importance of an estate plan.
On her free time she visits her family in San Diego or she’s home with her husband, Josue, her son, Adrian and their dog, Izzy in Banning.
Tyler Palomino
Paralegal
Tyler Palomino graduated from the University of California, Riverside, with a bachelor’s degree in Global Studies in 2019. She later obtained a Paralegal Studies Certificate from the University of California, Riverside Extension in 2022. Tyler began her career as a receptionist at a law firm in 2020 and worked her way up to the position of paralegal. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Tyler is a San Bernardino County native and has lived there her entire life.
In her free time, she enjoys reading, watching movies, spending time with her family and boyfriend, and caring for her tuxedo cat named Stevie.ving back and helping those who cannot afford legal representation.
