R. Sam Price, Attorney
R. Sam Price is an experienced and highly educated attorney passionate about helping others. He simplifies complex legal jargon and court procedures for his clients. He made such an impression on an author client that she based a character of a probate attorney on him, in her real-life novel entitled, “Battle of the Wills.”
Certified as a Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law by the California Board of Legal Specialization, Sam manages Price Law Firm, APC, focusing on probate, estate planning, and trust administration.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys spending time with his wife, Tiffany, their son, and their beagle, Poppy.
Rosa Marquez, Attorney
In 2018, IELLA awarded her the Volunteer Attorney of the Year award in recognition of her pro bono assistance to the community. In 2019 the California Lawyers Association awarded her the Wiley W. Manuel Certificate for her pro bono legal services to the poor or disadvantaged, improving the law and the legal system and increasing access to justice.
Rosa graduated from California Southern Law School where she obtained her Juris Doctor degree. She is a member of the California State Bar and Riverside County Bar Association.
Rosa lives in Riverside county with her dog, tortoise, 2 birds and chameleon. She loves animals and hopes to one day open a no kill animal rescue.

A graduate of San Bernardino Valley College, Brandie is completing her BA in Theology. Outside work, she enjoys family time, cheer competitions, and watching the Dodgers and Cowboys. Mia’s desire to help others with estate planning and probate came after the tragic and unexpected passing of her younger brother, Michael. It’s impossible to express the emotions of experiencing the loss of a loved one. Mia wants to help ease the pain of families at a difficult time.
Mia lives in Yucaipa and is married to Vincent. Their blended family makes them a party of eight! Mia’s free time is spent as a travel baseball and soccer mom. Mia cheers on her children with a coffee in hand.
