Client Care Specialist
Brandie is our Client Care Specialist at Price Law Firm, where she assists in coordinating, developing and creating our marketing strategies and implements them daily. She joined Price Law Firm because of their values, goals, visions, and motto. The joy she gives to others comes from above, so sharing it with everybody she encounters is easy. Understanding that we must help, assist and provide a remedy to our clients’ needs with compassion is at Brandie’s core. Her devoted passion for finding a solution is the driving force that keeps her feet well planted as well as moving forward.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, Brandie has over 10 years in Marketing and Customer Relations. Brandie previously worked in the banking industry for over 10 years where she excelled and provided superior customer service. Treating every client as if they were family and making sure all their needs were met. Her love for customer engagement and interaction is what comes naturally to her.
Brandie took an interest in Estate Planning and Trust Administration after her grandmother passed away in 2006 and she was affected by the unknown. Having to navigate through a trust that was drafted by an Attorney who just gave them some “documents” was difficult. When her grandfather passed in 2018, she was educated and prepared for the process. She knew what steps to follow and how to get things done. It’s all about educating families to their understanding and comfort levels, Brandie says, “Families need to be educated and guided when it comes to leaving their legacy so when they do pass it’s not a major burden on their children or spouse.” Death is hard enough; the planning process should not be as difficult. Being alive, we can ensure our loved ones have one less grief to deal with when we’re gone. The hurt is overwhelming, tough and devastating, and having to prepare our final requests, wants and wishes may to be too much to bear; that’s why at Price Law Firm we emphasize the importance of preparing our wishes in a timely manner ensuring they will be carried out and upheld legally and with respect.
A graduate of San Bernardino Valley College in 2006, she studied Liberal Arts and obtained her A.S. She is currently working on her BA in Theology and will be completed in 2020.
When she’s not working in the office, Brandie spends all of her time with her family; her husband Josh and three children, Amya, Ayden and Adalynn. You can find her at cheer competitions, gymnastics, PTA, church events or the baseball field cheering on her kids. If the kids aren’t occupying all her time you can find Brandie relaxing at home watching her Dodgers and Cowboys play with a nice cold sweet tea in her hand.
